Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms with great facilities. Occasional lack of hot water at night, but not a major concern. Enjoyed a comfortable 5-day stay in a spacious room with a mini-bar/ fridge freezer and self-catering amenities. Quick resolution of any issues. Great value for the price.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Kyiv and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect for exploring the city - it was close to the shopping malls and not far from the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the soundproofed walls that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service, from room service to laundry, was top-notch. The room was well equipped with an iron, washing machine, and all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the free apples in the room, made us feel welcome. the hotel's location near the metro and convenience store was a great convenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and close to Olymiyskaya metro station. The rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities and free water bottles are provided upon arrival. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any needs.
The breakfast options could be improved by offering a choice between eggs and porridge, and adding something sweet for tea/coffee.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. The location is also great, being very close to the city centre and the Olymiyskaya metro station.
